As a transgender speaker and consultant Michael combines his own personal experience with his professional knowledge to help assist companies navigate their ways to create effective changes. Educational Campuses

Michael has experience working with educational campuses from K-12 to post-secondary. Working with LGBTQ+ youth is very rewarding and offers a unique experience. In order to increase resiliency among out LGBTQ+ identified youth – our teachers and professionals need the appropriate training. Michael’s work is designed to assist professional staff and teachers develop a much deeper understanding of the current issues both in our school systems and society overall that impact the learning environment.

Healthcare Providers
​
Although there is a parallel in treating heterosexuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community, there is still an increasing amount of data that supports the fact that LGBTQ+ clients face higher levels of health disparities and psychological stress. LGTBQ+ clients may also face significant challenges when accessing medical services due to the lack of cultural competent healthcare within the medical community. As someone who spent many years in not only the Lesbian Community and the last 9 years in the Transgender Community Michael offers trainings and programs to help others not face what he has and many others before him.
